Meet The Blogger

That to the left is me, Regina (although it's an old picture). I would like to call myself a free spirit, but I'm still working on that. In real life, I have a strict daily regime and enjoy hard work. However, I’d like to think that my tense character has saved me from many late assignments. I like order, and I am quite often told to loosen up by my friends, who also think I'm really corny.

I am an only child (which has its disadvantages as well as its benefits) living with my parents and a turtle that we call "Happy". We're not sure whether or not he's actually happy, but if I were stuck in a box all day, I wouldn't be jumping up and down with joy (not that turtles can jump, but now I'm just babbling).  I'm also pretty lucky because I have some great friends and an amazing boyfriend.

Currently, I am a grade 12 student who is anxiously awaiting university acceptances. I hope to go into either biology or business, but I still haven't decided yet. I'm hardworking and creative, so I hope senioritis doesn't strike me soon. I like photography and I used to take art lessons - that stuff can be seen on my deviantArt account.

As for my personality, I'll let you be the judge of that.

One of my main interests is music; I have taken piano lessons since I was ten and am now working towards obtaining a performer's ARCT. However, this doesn't limit my music tastes to just classical music; my last.fm account will tell you that my top played artists are Glee, The Beatles, Damien Rice, RyanDan and Yann Tiersen.  Speaking of Yann Tiersen, while I'm not a huge movie buff, I do enjoy watching good movies. My favourite movie of all time would have to be Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain, for which Yann Tiersen composed the score.

About the Blog

This blog is where I share things that make me happy, and rant about the ones that don't. I'm not obsessed with the number of hits or the number of comments this blog has; this blog is for my thoughts and opinions, and I can only be grateful (and slightly flattered) that people find my life interesting enough to follow.
