Coughing Up A Storm

Yes, I am sick. Again.

I always get sick during exam time, which isn't good since I have three left to do. During these weeks, I get so stressed out that my immune system basically just goes, "Okay, bye!" and leaves me to fend off those nasty bugs by myself.

*Sigh* I need to go get more Kleenex.

Any suggestions on how to relieve stress?

    Take some time out just for yourself! Despite exams, you still need some "you" time - read a book, watch a movie, take a nanna nap, whatever!

    Take a nice, long, hot bath.

    Hot showers. They'll relax your body and refreshen you again.

    As someone who gets sick a lot, I feel your pain. I find that hot baths help a lot, as well as LOTS of rest and sleep.

    Get well soon. I used to get sick after my exams when the body just collapses...

    Unfortunately I don't have any advice for you except just to get through it. I don't handle stress very well, as I'm sure you can tell :P

    so the bath thing is a good idea, i love baths. however, i know you and you don't take time for yourself so my personal suggestion is sleep more, like a lot. that always makes me feel better. see yah wednesday, in which we will not be sleeping a lot, all nighter, lol that's a total lie i'm always the first to fall asleep.

    Well, sleep is important and it's cumulative. If you've lost some hours of it, then you have to make up for them. Another thing is to think positive. Sit down and tell yourself to chill out and that you will make it through whatever situation. That's what I usually do, and I'm notorious for my pessimism.
